The New American Remodel 2019
The webpage for The New American Remodel 2019 is currently under development during the construction of the home.
The New American Remodel™ 2019
The New American Remodel 2019 is located in downtown Las Vegas, only a short distance from the Las Vegas Convention Center. This unique home is a showcase in new products and systems that have not been introduced to the city of Las Vegas before. Some of the system improvements include a much more shallow septic system, on-site storage, and enhanced thermal barrier. The original home — a one-level, ranch-style, 1,985-square-foot residence — is transforming into a two-story, high-efficiency home with a total living space of 5,895 square feet (4,945 air conditioned) which is a rarity in Las Vegas. This remodel will illustrate current industry trends and highlight many systems that could be used in the future to increase energy efficiency.

Luxus Design Build, LLC
Remodeled by Luxus Design Build based in Henderson, NV, the home will demonstrate the latest sustainable building techniques by showcasing numerous innovations in energy-efficiency — many of which have not been used before in the Las Vegas market. The project is expected to achieve the highest efficiency ratings from Energy Star and the National Green Building Standard.
The New American Remodel will not only exhibit current trends in technology, but it will showcase how new systems can be integrated seamlessly with each other to create a better, more efficient home.
