Honoring tradition, built for the future

Located just outside of downtown Orlando, The New American Remodel 2018 demonstrates the countless possibilities for a 1930s home to be completely transformed using today’s products and building techniques.

The two-story, traditional style home will maintain much of its original design, while the team from Farina & Sons, Inc. integrates a comprehensive renovation to enhance the home’s beauty, comfort and efficiency.

Registered 2018 IBS and KBIS attendees can tour The New American Remodel and The New American Home daily during show hours via complimentary shuttle buses departing every 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center.

They will run out quickly so we strongly encourage you to visit the ticket kiosk booth as early as you can for the best chance of getting tickets.
